Adopt a Family Application Form

September 1, 2023 UPDATE: Thank you for your interest in becoming an Adopt a Family sponsor. The sponsor application form is now live.

Client registration will begin in mid October. We will be doing our very best to match clients with sponsors both in the order your sponsor application is received and in accordance with the size of family you have requested. We match approximately 600 families with generous sponsors every year, it is a vital program that has enabled the Surrey Christmas Bureau to provide support to so many very happy families every year. We could not do it without you, thank you so much for your participation.

Our Adopt a Family coordinator will reach out to you both by phone and email once you have been matched with a family. You will receive details of your family including the names and ages of the children, the parent/guardian’s telephone and email adddress and the home address for delivery. Please reach out to your family as soon as possible to find out what is on the childrens’ wish lists and if there are any food sensitivities you need to be aware of when putting together your food hamper.

A reminder to 2023 sponsors: if you would like a tax receipt for your Adopt a Family donation, please keep your original receipts for all purchases and submit them, along withour Gift In Kind Tax Receipt Request Form available here, via mail to our office before February 28, 2024.
