Online Registration for the 2021 Christmas Season

Our online registration system is now live! Before you begin, please read our Online Registration Application INSTRUCTIONS.
You will need to have ready photos of your paperwork ready to upload, (ID, financial information, proof of residence in Surrey etc.) Please have those ready, and upload them to our secure site when prompted.
Once your application has been reviewed, which will take a few weeks, we will email you the results. If you have been approved, you will be provided a link to book your pick up appointment. Pick ups will begin late November.
If you have chosen to participate in the Adopt a Family program, PLEASE DO NOT BOOK A PICK UP APPOINTMENT – you will be contacted by our AAF team with further instructions. We will do our best to match you with a sponsor. Keep in mind we receive more requests for sponsorship than we have available sponsors but please do not worry, if we are unable to match you with a sponsor we will look after your family at our Toy Depot!

Adopt a Family for Christmas 2021:
Our Adopt a Family application form is now open for the 2021 season. Head on over to the Adopt a Family page to sign up! Once registration starts in October, we will be in touch as soon as we have a match.
Donation Drop Off Information:
Drop offs to Surrey fire halls are now closed for the season. Please do not drop off to fire halls until the season opens again in November 2021.
2021 Virtual Annual General Meeting:
Will be held via Zoom at 6:00pm, Thursday, October 28, 2021. Please RSVP to email@example.com by October 15, 2021. The link to the Zoom meeting, membership forms and instructions for submitting membership fees will be emailed after the RSVP closing date.
