Volunteers are the heart of the Surrey Christmas Bureau!
We’re excited to welcome new and returning volunteers for the 2025 season. Whether it’s your first time or you’ve helped before, we’d love to have you join our team.
Volunteer registration is now open. All volunteers (new and returning) must complete the updated 2025 intake form.
Volunteer orientation sessions will be scheduled for November 2025.

How to Volunteer in 2025
Step 1: Choose the registration option that applies to you:

Individual Volunteers – Fill out the Volunteer Registration Form (required for all new and returning individual volunteers).

Corporate & Community Groups (7+ people) – Register your group using the Group Volunteer Registration Form. Perfect for workplaces, service clubs, schools, or teams wanting to volunteer together.
Step 2: Sign up for the Volunteer Mailing List to receive important updates, including orientation session dates and volunteer call-outs.
