THE Surrey Christmas Bureau is dedicated to bringing joy and support to low-income families during the holidays BY PROVIDING NEW toys, BOOKS, WARM winter clothing, and grocery cards FOR THOSE SPECIAL HOLIDAY MEALS WHERE MEMORIES ARE MADE.

How to Apply
1. Click the Application Button on our website. You will be redirected to SurveyMonkey Apply.
2. Click the Red “Apply” button on SurveyMonkey Apply.
3. A login box will appear. Since you are a new user, select “Don’t have an account? Register.”
4. Create your account by filling in the registration form.
5. SurveyMonkey Apply will send you a verification email. Be sure to check your inbox (and your junk/spam folder if needed) and click the link to verify your account.
6. Once verified, return to SurveyMonkey Apply, log in, and begin your application.

September 2025: Thank you for your interest in becoming an Adopt-a-Family sponsor.
The application form is now live.
Families in need will begin registering in mid-October. We’ll match sponsors and families in the order applications are received, and based on the family size you choose. Each year, about 600 families are matched through this program—we couldn’t do it without your generosity!
Once matched, our Adopt-a-Family team will contact you by phone and email. You’ll receive details about your family, including:

Children’s names and ages

Parent/guardian’s contact info

Address for delivery
Please connect with your family as soon as possible to ask about the children’s wish lists and any food sensitivities before preparing your hamper.

Tax Receipt Information
If you would like a tax receipt for your Adopt-a-Family donation, please:

Keep all original receipts for your purchases.

Submit them with our Gift In Kind Tax Receipt Request Form (Click HERE) by mail to our office.
