Or, you can download and complete our Donor Application Form, then send it to us in one of the following ways:

• By Mail: Print and mail your completed form along with your cheque, to: PO Box 547, 10688 King George Blvd, Surrey, BC V3T 5B7

• By Email: If you filled out the credit card section on your form, you can email your completed form to: coordinator@christmasbureau.com 

Once your donation is received and processed, we will issue an official charitable tax receipt and send it to you by email or mail, depending on how you submitted your form.

Toy donations to our Toy Depot are closed for the season and will resume once our Depot reopens in November 2025.

Please note, toy donations to Surrey Fire Halls are only accepted during November and December.
