Join us at the Newton BIA Spooktacular on Saturday, October 25 from 11:00am–4:00pm along 137 Street between 72A Avenue and 74 Avenue in Surrey, BC! This free community Halloween event is filled with fun activities, festive booths, and family-friendly entertainment.
