Adopt a Family
The 2023 Adopt a Family Program application process is now open. Client applications will begin in October. We will do our best to match clients with the sponsor applications according to date received, so get those sponsor applications in early!
Thank you for your interest in becoming an Adopt a Family sponsor. Sponsoring a family is a fantastic way to share the spirit of the season and has become a treasured Christmas tradition for so many sponsor families and businesses! Applications for the 2023 season are now open. Please note that our application system for client registration does not begin until mid October, we will be matching families with Adopt a Family sponsors both in the order that the sponsorship applications are received and in accordance with the size of family preference indicated on your application. You will be notified of your family match both by telephone and email as soon as you are matched.
If you are a business interested in sponsoring more than one family, you may want to consider sponsoring a large family instead. We often have large families that wish to participate in the program but the budget required for such a project is out of reach for most of our sponsor families and may be more attainable for a business. Attention 2023 Sponsors:
For an official tax receipt, mail this AAF In Kind Tax Receipt Request form and all original receipts. PLEASE NOTE we must have your request for an In Kind tax receipt form with the accompanying purchase receipts submitted to our office no later than February 28, 2024.

No problem! You can also virtually sponsor a family, we will take care of the toys and you can sponsor a family’s Hamper which supplies those all important, special holiday meals! Rates are as follows:
Family of Two: $140
Family of Three: $160
Family of Four: $180
Family of Five: $200
Family of Six: $220
Family of Seven and above: $240
